CUSTOMER VALUE AGREEMENTS (CVA)

What we refer to as Customer Value Agreements are maintenance plans that ensure your Cat® generators and power generation equipment perform when you need them. Our Customer Value Agreements fall into two categories: Planned Maintenance plans and Total Maintenance and Repair plans. We service and repair commercial and industrial generators from manufacturers like Kohler, Cummins, and MTU.

Total Maintenance & Repair Agreements

To bring more predictability to your service schedule, a Total Maintenance & Repair Agreement includes a pre-set price for all your maintenance and repair needs over a set period of time.

Each TM&R Agreement includes repair management and planned component replacement.
