You have a choice of 3 convenient planned maintenance tiers to meet your needs. All tiers cover multiple inspections throughout the year, an annual service, load bank testing, and some level of condition monitoring. Gold and Platinum tiers also offer discounted labor rates and more connectivity.

While these 3 tiers cover many customers, our team of experts will work with you to create a customized solution that best fits your needs.

Duration of Agreement: For your convenience, all 1-year agreements are set up to auto-renew every 12-months unless you choose to cancel. Longer-term agreements are available to better meet your needs. For new, used, or overhauled Cat gensets, consider Extended Service Coverage (ESC) for even more coverage and cost control.

Every 36-months³: Cooling System Maintenance & Fluid Replacement
Advanced Electrical Services (AES): ATS & Switchgear Testing, Maintenance, Modifications, & Upgrades; PLC Upgrades; Circuit Breaker Maintenance; Remote Monitoring

³ Services and parts that are recommended every 24 or 36 months are outside of our 3 standard CVA tiers. These could be included in a customized CVA, otherwise, you would review and approve any additional charges before the services are completed.

Total Maintenance & Repair Agreements

To bring more predictability to your service schedule, a Total Maintenance & Repair (TM&R) Agreement includes a pre-set price for all your maintenance and repair needs over a set period of time.

Each TM&R Agreement includes repair management and planned component replacement.
