These support agreements help lower the cost of per-unit production, and they can be tailored to meet the unique requirements of your business. We offer CVAs for generator units of any age and any size, and you can choose from a range of CVA options, including:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Planned Maintenance (PM) Agreements:<\/strong> Our Planned Maintenance Agreements feature written reports and analysis on indicators that should be addressed in order to <a href=\"https:\/\/carolinacat.com\/Power-Generation\/Power-Service\/Preventative-Maintenance.aspx\">prevent urgent and costly repairs<\/a>\u00a0in the near future. Specifically, our S-O-Ssm fluid analysis identifies abnormal wear and tear so that service can maximize your equipment\u2019s lifespan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Total Maintenance &amp; Repair (TM&amp;R) Agreements:<\/strong>\u00a0To bring more predictability to your service schedule, a Total Maintenance &amp; Repair Agreement includes a pre-set price for all maintenance and repair needs over a set period of time. Each TM&amp;R Agreement includes repair management and planned component replacement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customized Agreements:<\/strong>\u00a0At Carolina Cat, we understand that each of our customers and their businesses are unique. That\u2019s why we offer Customized Agreements that will allow you to secure the right maintenance, repair and service for your company and its equipment.
