As we continue to navigate the COVID-19 pandemic, Carolina Cat is constantly improving our services to partner with you in the safest way possible. To better serve you, we have expanded many of our existing services to a contact-free or virtual option should our customers prefer this experience. Similarly, adapting to new social distancing norms, we are excited to offer a contact-free demo option for our customers!
This innovative new demo method can be used to instruct people on all sizes and types of Caterpillar machines. Our demo operator, Phil Greene, will demonstrate how to operate the machine from the cab while a live camera feed projects on a TV nearby what he is doing and how the machine is being used. Participants can comfortably watch and listen to this demonstration through a TV monitor placed on the tailgate of our representative’s truck while maintaining social distancing requirements. This demo method can accommodate up to 10 people or whatever the current outdoor gathering requirements are at the time of your demo.
