What Will the Fast-Track Technician Program Do for You?

Carolina Cat's Fast-Track Program is an accelerated four-month apprenticeship program that will train you to work on Cat equipment. The Fast-Track Apprenticeship combines hands-on skill development with academics to provide a comprehensive, well-rounded learning experience.

You'll receive numerous benefits from the training:

  • Master the fundamentals: You'll learn the basics of how heavy equipment engines and other essential components work, as well as the processes and procedures for maintaining and repairing them. You'll also gain insight into the importance of on-the-job safety.
  • Build technical expertise: As you progress through the program and hone your skills, your confidence in handling equipment maintenance or repair tasks will grow tremendously.
  • Get high-quality tools: A comprehensive tool set / toolbox will be provided upon successful completion of the program and yours to keep with three years of employment as a technician
