1. No purchase is necessary to enter to win.
2. To be eligible for the giveaway, an individual must:
(a) be a legal resident of: (i) one of the fifty (50) United States (excluding the states of Florida, New York, Rhode Island and excluding Puerto Rico and the US Territories and Possessions), (ii) the District of Columbia, or (iii) Canada (excluding Quebec); and
(b) be at least the age of majority in their state or district of residency (in respect of United States residents) or be at least the age of majority in the province or territory of residency (in respect of Canadian residents); and
(c) be physically located and reside in the United States (excluding residents of Florida, New York Rhode Island, Puerto Rico, the US Territories and Possessions), or District of Columbia, in respect of residents of the United States or be physically located and reside in Canada (excluding residents of Quebec) in respect of residents of Canada.
(d) Officers, directors and employees of Carolina Cat and its agents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, divisions, and the immediate family members and household members of any of the above, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
(e) Carolina Cat shall have the right at any time to require proof of identity and/or eligibility to participate in the Promotion.
3. How to Enter: There is no purchase necessary to enter the Promotion. Between June 1st and December 31st, 2023 eligible entrants may enter the promotions by completing the registration form ("online form") located above. Eligible entrants who complete all information required in the Online Form and successfully submit the Online Form during the Promotion Period (each an “Entrant”) will receive one (1) entry into the Promotion (“Entry”). To receive an Entry, Online Forms must be successfully submitted by December 31st, 2023 at 11:59 PM, after which time the Promotion will be closed, and no further Entries will be accepted. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person. Those who do not follow all the instructions, provide the required information in their Online Form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Carolina Cat may be disqualified. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Carolina Cat reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any entry who tampers with the entry process. Entrants may not register with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or use any device to register/play multiple times will be disqualified.
4. Hat Giveaway: Up to 500 verified prize winners of the hat promotion will receive the hat giveaway. The hat is not transferable and can't be redeemed for cash. All Prizes will be delivered to the respective Winners by regular mail, or other method as determined by Carolina Cat's discretion, to the address provided by the Winner on their Online Form, with all cost of said delivery being paid by Carolina Cat. Carolina Cat shall not assume any liability for lost, damaged or misdirected Prizes. No more than the stated number of Prizes will be awarded by Carolina Cat or any other party.
5. Carolina Cat reserves the right, in its sole discretion , to terminate the giveaway, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the giveaway in anyway, at any time, for any reason without prior notice.
