Enhanced Hydraulic Power for Mulchers and Other Attachments
One of the biggest upgrades found in the 255 compared to the 259 is its class-leading hydraulic performance. The 255 and 265 have additional flow and pressure capabilities and can be outfitted with the High-Flow XPS option. Whether transporting feed or cleaning barns, you can now operate all Cat Smart Attachments with increased hydraulic system pressure (3,500 psi) and flow.
As standard flow machines, the 255 and 265 are still more than capable of running all standard flow attachments and can be upgraded at any time for more power if needed. With the High-Flow XPS option, you get additional flow and pressure to power a wider range of attachments, previously only available in the 289D3.
