SIS 2.0 provides one-click access to planned maintenance and service options on any device, anytime, anywhere. No plugins are required for this simplified and intuitive experience, which brings a modernized look and feel with the same great features our SIS customers are familiar with.
Featuring enhanced search capabilities and seamless navigation between parts and service, the new refreshed SIS 2.0 provides a faster and easier experience for customers searching for and purchasing Cat Parts online.
What this means for our SIS customers?
There is no change to customer login details or accessing SIS
You will enjoy new features, improved search functionality and less time spent in the system so you can get back to work faster.
Please note: All customers must migrate to SIS 2.0 by May 14, 2021, as SIS Web will no longer be accessible.
