I've been to this location on two occasions around lunchtime. Both visits started out very slow and frustrating because I didn't know the whole place seems to shut down from 11:30 till around 12:30. During that time the place is almost abandoned and you will wander around thinking no one cares about taking care of you. However, when Derek and the rest of the team return they are "Johnny On The Spot". Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional.
